Do you accept conference sponsorship and/or exhibitors?

What is the attire for the event?

Business casual attire is suggested. While every attempt will be made to control the temperature in the meeting rooms, please remember to bring a jacket or sweater as the room may be cold.

How do I get my CME Certificate?

The Orear Institute for Post-Graduate Studies will issue a Certificate of Credit to you following conclusion of the Conference and after submission of your Credit Claim Form. Applicants should claim only those hours actually spent participating in the conference sessions.

Do I have to pay extra for meals?

The conference program includes breakfast, lunch, break snacks, and drinks for registered participants.

Will there be food to accommodate a gluten-free or vegan diet?

There will be a variety of food to accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets.

Can my group acquire a private meeting room during lunch?

Please contact the Conference Coordinator. Every effort will be made to assist your group in acquiring a private meeting room over the lunch hour.

Will Wi-Fi be available?

Wi-Fi is available in the meeting rooms should you wish to bring your laptop.

Is there a syllabus and how do I acquire it?

Yes. Attendees will be able to download a copy of the syllabus online before the conference.

May I receive a refund if my plans change or I am unable to attend?

Yes, conference registration and/or workshop registrations may be canceled with a full refund (less a $30 processing fee) with notification received any time until four (4) weeks prior to the conference start date. A 50% refund is available for conference registration and/or workshop registration with notification received between four (4) weeks and two (2) weeks prior to the conference date. No refunds will be granted within two (2) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis with notification. All fees for special events are non-refundable. A full refund will be issued for cancellation of the event by Conference Planners. Conference Planners are not responsible for lost fees for special events, hotel, or transportation. Refund requests should be submitted by e-mail to conference@orearinstitute.org
